Antonio Medugno (Naples, 26 September 1998) is an Italian model, actor and influencer. He became known to the wider public through his participation in the reality show Grande Fratello Vip in 2022 and through his popularity on social media, where he counts more than three million followers on TikTok. In 2025 he was drawn into the media spotlight in the so-called “Signorini case” triggered by Fabrizio Corona.
Raised in Naples, Medugno began his fashion career in 2018, walking for brands such as Richmond and Moschino. Popularity came with social networks, above all TikTok, where he posts content that values simplicity and spontaneity. In 2019 he made his television debut as a “corteggiatore” (suitor) on the programme Uomini e Donne, and in 2022 he entered the House of Grande Fratello Vip, standing out for his reserved character and straightforwardness.
His time on Grande Fratello Vip 6 lasted about a month and a half, during which Medugno addressed personal topics such as eating disorders, which he had already spoken about publicly. In 2025 he made his cinema debut in the film Qui staremo benissimo by Renato Giordano, alongside Asia Argento, playing a young lawyer going through a personal crisis.
Alongside his artistic career, Medugno is CEO of the brand Partenope Hair, a line of hair care products, and founded BeWell, a fitness and wellness app. His social media profiles remain a direct channel of contact with fans, with content on lifestyle, fashion and sport.
Medugno is in a relationship with the model Federica Balzano. In December 2025 his name returned to the centre of attention with the “Signorini gate”, born from Fabrizio Corona’s revelations about alleged power dynamics around the host Alfonso Signorini; Medugno, described as “case zero”, initially chose silence, later announcing his intention to tell his own version of events.
