Fifty years of music, millions of records sold, and songs that have become part of our collective memory. With L’Ultima Notte Rosa – The Final Show, Umberto Tozzi is preparing to leave the stage and write the final chapter of a career that has left a deep mark on the history of Italian popular music. The farewell tour will also stop in Zurich, where on 12 April 2026, the Kongresshaus will host a show celebrating half a century of melodies and achievements.
From his beginnings in the 1970s to his international triumphs, Tozzi has built a timeless repertoire, turning songs such as Ti Amo, Gloria, and Gente di mare into true anthems of European pop culture. Winner of the Sanremo Festival in 1987 and a participant in the Eurovision Song Contest in 1988, the Turin-born artist has brought his music far beyond Italy’s borders, capturing the hearts of audiences worldwide.
The Zurich concert will be an opportunity to relive this extraordinary musical journey while also looking towards the present. On stage, audiences can expect surprises, including a brand-new version of Donna amante mia recorded with Giuliano Sangiorgi of Negramaro – a sign of an artistic path that remains open to dialogue with new generations.
The night at the Kongresshaus will be more than just a concert: it will be a tribute to Italian music, to the poetry of words, and to the power of melodies that continue to move and inspire, telling fifty years of history through the voice of one of its most beloved artists.
