The Roman singer-songwriter resumes his live musical journey with a new tour that will take him to the stages of the leading Italian and European theatres. Among the announced stops there is Switzerland too: on Friday 14 November 2025 Niccolò Fabi will perform at the Palazzo dei Congressi in Lugano, for the only Ticino date of his Libertà negli Occhi Tour (Freedom in the Eyes).
The tour marks a new artistic chapter for Fabi, who will present to the audience his forthcoming album of new songs Libertà negli Occhi (out on BMG), as well as a selection of the best loved tracks in his repertoire. “In an age dominated by social media and digital connections,” the artist said, “the theatre goes back to being one of the few physical spaces where we can meet and share a real emotion. In the meantime, I have prepared new stories to tell, which I hope can become starting points for our ‘group psychotherapy sessions’.”
Niccolò Fabi’s return to the stage comes after two very different and significant experiences: the great event at the Circo Massimo in Rome, together with his friends and colleagues Max Gazzè and Daniele Silvestri, in front of more than 50,000 spectators, and the more intimate adventure in small clubs with the Discoverland project alongside Roberto Angelini and Pier Cortese.
For the new record, Fabi chose to surround himself with young and talented musicians such as Emma Nolde, Roberto Angelini, Alberto Bianco, Cesare Augusto Giorgini, Filippo Cornaglia and Riccardo Parravicini. The result came out of ten days of artistic residency in a mountain hut in Val di Sole, between silence, nature and pure inspiration.
