
The Italian National Olympic Committee is organising the fourth edition of the Trofeo CONI Invernale, which will take place from 18 to 21 December 2025 in the Aosta Valley. The CONI Swiss Delegation will also take part in the event as a guest, competing in the discipline of Alpine skiing with the Giant Slalom and Special Slalom races.
The selection of the athletes who will represent Switzerland is entrusted to the Delegate Cirano Tondi. The group will be composed of a maximum of four girls and four boys belonging to the Children Under 14 category, born in 2012 and 2013. The presence of one coach or chaperone for every four athletes is also planned.
Registrations are already open. Interested parents can fill in the application through the link provided by CONI Switzerland. The deadline for submission is Wednesday 3 December 2025 at 12 noon.

The journey will begin on Thursday 18 December with a meeting point at Zurich main station. Departure for Courmayeur is scheduled for 8.00 am, while arrival is expected at around 1.00 pm with lunch with CONI. In the afternoon the national teams will be convened and, at 5.00 pm, the Official Opening Ceremony will take place at the Courmayeur Sport Center.
The Giant Slalom race will be held on Friday 19 December, while Saturday 20 December will be the turn of the Special Slalom. The event will end on Sunday 21 December with the Closing Ceremony in Aosta, in Piazza Arco d'Augusto, followed by the return of the delegations.
CONI Switzerland will provide a bus for athletes, chaperones and any parents, with limited seats for the latter. Depending on the place of residence of the participants, the itinerary may be adapted to accommodate family needs.

The athletes will be guests of CONI, which will cover board and lodging and will communicate the name of the hotel at a later stage. Parents who wish to follow the event will have to make their own arrangements.
To be admitted to the selection, athletes must:
• be of Italian origin and born in 2012/2013
• hold a medical certificate issued by their family doctor
• have a valid identity document
• submit the declaration of accompaniment of the minor (Download PDF)
