An Italian family business that has been producing bread, focaccia, pizza, cakes and pastries since 1994, with special attention to products such as Sicilian amaretti, "aragoste" (sweets take the form of lobsters) or cannoli. Forno Fenuta has just launched its latest two novelties: Focaccia parmigiana with eggplant or zucchini and pretzel knots (or laugenbrot)
