Masini +1, 30th Anniversary had been released in February, the album with which Marco Masini celebrates his 30 years of artistic career. After taking part in the Sanremo Festival (nine appearances in total) with “il Confronto”, Marco Masini tells us that he owes a lot to the Festival. It was there that, in 1990, he took his first steps. His raspy voice is recognisable, as are tracks like Disperato, Ci vorrebbe il mare, Ti vorrei, L'uomo volante, to name just a few.

The record is the perfect celebration of 30 years of Marco Masini's music, an artist able to portray the world without rhetoric, with a direct and expressive language that has always gone straight to people's hearts. The album contains 4 new tracks, including the Sanremo single, and 15 of the artist's greatest hits, reinterpreted with colleagues and friends such as Giusy Ferreri, Eros Ramazzotti, Jovanotti, Ermal Meta, Francesco Renga, Ambra Angiolini. Since April, the artist has also been on tour in the main Italian and European theatres, once again meeting his audience live.
